In Episode 9 I am at The People Rally in Ballyfermot on Suicide Prevention Day.
I speak to Mary Lou McDonald, Sinn Fein TD, about the importance of mental and physical health as well as surrounding yourself with good company.

I also speak to Ken O'Driscail, who run Cherry Orchard Running Club, on the need for better Physical Education and the benefits of exercise.
